All go for all things 'Huntleys Point'.
Tarban Creek Bridge. looking north from the end of Huntleys Point Road, Huntleys Point (the suburb).
View from Huntleys Point Road. The point in question is down there somewhere; you can see the shipping beacon. On the other side of Tarban Creek is Hunters Hill.
Beautifully restored Point House at 34 Huntleys Point Road. Built by Alfred Huntley in 1851.
Looking north-east from under the Gladesville Bridge to the Huntleys Point shoreline. Point proper probably just around the corner. Hunters Hill across the Parramatta River.
Gladesville Bridge, looking south.

Another residential point so no opportunity to walk down to the point proper.

Named by Alfred Huntley who opened Turkish baths in the city and became chief engineer for the Australian Gas Light Company. He purchased the land here and built Point House in 1851. Wish we could have gone inside.
