Looking north-east to Greenwich.
Looking south across the Lane Cove River to Woolwich. Sailing and rowing clubs just out of sight to the right.

Aquatic Park shapes; Goog flying down the slide.
Path through the trees in Aquatic Park. Goog reckons these were the steps to the witches' house.
Lovely light in little Aquatic Park forest.

Looking south-east from Longueville Reserve to Woolwich with the city in the distance.
Rock engravings of an emu and fish made by Ku-ring-gai people prior to white settlement; we reckon this is the emu. In Longueville Reserve.

Sheered rock in Longueville Reserve.

“So named because of murdered man’s body found there.”

Yikes. That would have spoiled your morning jog. Otherwise gorgeous, shady, slightly mystical point. Got to come back for a picnic at Aquatic Park. Might not bring any meat.

Longueville Reserve is another park just up from the Point proper. It has aboriginal carvings and a great kids park.
